docs: match README license line to Commons Clause

• Repo: https://github.com/DavidHDev/react-bits
• History: Linear PER-82 proposed an upstream issue; README on main still says “free for personal and commercial use.” No GitHub issue from kvnloo is open.
• Collision: skip [BUG]: Documented prop defaults don't match component sources (50 props / 16 components), and 4 variants disagree on 7 props DavidHDev/react-bits#1058 / fix: correct 48 drifted prop-table defaults and align 4 variant default mismatches DavidHDev/react-bits#1060 (Agnik47 owns the prop-table bug).

Change

README license one-liner now matches LICENSE.md: commercial use in an app/website/product is allowed; selling, sublicensing, or redistributing the components themselves is not. No license change.
