editor: rename EditorTemplate to EditorModel#656

Rename the editor.ui.k8s.appscode.com kind EditorTemplate -> EditorModel (resource editortemplates -> editormodels) and the Request/Response/Resource sub-types accordingly. Regenerated deepcopy, openapi and clientset. Signed-off-by: Tamal Saha <tamal@appscode.com>
