La procédure de release taguait et créait la GitHub release mais ne publiait pas le paquet sur PyPI — `pipx install trail-cli` restait donc indisponible. On ajoute une étape 4 explicite (build + twine check + twine upload, token PyPI requis, version définitive, TestPyPI en option) et on renumérote la resynchro dev / le nettoyage des branches.
