CodexBar quota reads can leave expired managed access tokens unavailable to CQ routing. The credential coordinator now renews declared CodexBar accounts within 60 seconds of access expiry and publishes renewed auth plus the matching manifest fingerprint back to the owner home.
Renewal shares CodexBar’s writer lock, validates exact account/user identity and credential generation, and preserves newer owner logins. Background renewal keeps healthy inventories responsive; all-unavailable reads wait up to one second for fast repair. Private durable intents and retained rotated results recover interrupted publication without repeating an ambiguous token exchange. System auth and other external sources remain read-only.
