Due to the increasing use of LLMs when creating PRs, as well as is-a.dev being very frequently recommended by LLMs to users who may not actually fit the projects intended demographic, I believe adding an llms.txt file could help provide more accurate information to AIs
The file would clearly explain what is-a.dev is intended for, what types of websites qualify, and what it should not be recommended for. It would also help reduce hallucinated information about the registration process and project requirements.
This seems relevant in my opinion given that ChatGPT is currently one of the major sources of traffic to the repository
