Restores the 5rem sticky-stack padding so Explore is not clipped under Modern Interface, and runs the wash to the card edge so that band is lattice instead of a solid black plate. Co-authored-by: ghesp <ghesp@users.noreply.github.com>

Summary
Replace the opaque Modern Interface MP4 with Georgina’s transparent GIF so the shared feature stage shows through the plate. The GIF loops at 0.5×.
The last stacked card keeps 5rem sticky-stack clearance (painted with the stage wash). Explore uses the same
-mt-20paper overlap as sibling cards so that band sits under the next section instead of as empty padding under the GIF.Scope
