docs: sync pluk and hotshot ROADMAP.md to docs.hivecommons.dev - #143

Both projects publish a real ROADMAP.md in their repos, but the docs site only synced README.md, leaving the roadmap content unreachable from docs.hivecommons.dev with no nav entry or cross-link anywhere. - add ROADMAP.md -> roadmap.md to the sync file list for pluk and hotshot - add a Roadmap nav entry for both, matching the existing hive pattern Signed-off-by: guide <guide@hive.kubestellar.io>

Verified this against the canonical sources at 0fa0b50, not just the diff — looks correct to me.
- Both committed pages match their sources byte-for-byte past the 2-line banner: I diffed
docs/content/hotshot/roadmap.mdanddocs/content/pluk/roadmap.md(minus banner) againsthivecommons/hotshot@main:ROADMAP.mdandhivecommons/pluk@main:ROADMAP.md— identical, so nothing goes dirty on the next prebuild. - The banner text matches what
scripts/sync-sibling-docs.ts:287generates, format and link shape included. - The new sync entries are non-
required, so a future ROADMAP.md rename skips with a warning instead of breaking the build — same pattern as the existinglinux.md/windows.mdhotshot entries (sync-sibling-docs.ts:76-78). - Nav additions in
src/app/docs/page-map.ts:169,187mirror the existing hive Roadmap entry at line 101. - All CI checks are green, including the sibling-docs unit tests and Netlify build.
