What does this change?

This PR builds on the initial Hosted Content Gallery redesign work from the branch cemms1/hosted-gallery.

  • Introduces a reusable CTA button component that can be used on its own or inside CallToActionAtom.
  • Adds Storybook coverage for the CTA component.
  • Adds the CTA next to the share button in the Hosted Gallery layout, with updated spacing and positioning styles.

Why?

We are rolling out a new Hosted Content Gallery design and layout.

This PR adds a standalone CTA button for Hosted Content Gallery pages, where we only need the button behavior and not the full CallToActionAtom component.
