Committed room messages can now enter a durable conversation queue. The processor interprets them outside the Plan lock, then rechecks current threads, linked cards, and capacity before atomically persisting accepted events, analysis, and pending effects. The runtime factory connects recoverable card mirroring and authenticated Planner jobs, with receipts and terminal states committed before publication.
This is a staged layer: production
main.tsdoes not attach the runtime, andCONVERSATION_PLANremains off unless explicitly set toon. UI routes and controls arrive in the activation layer.The 109 pinned files contain 2,652 production lines and 12,437 test/scripted-Harness support lines. Validation: 256 allocated tests across 62 files (1,840 assertions), 92 existing Plan/question/Chat/tool compatibility tests (311 assertions),
bun run types,bun run fix, andbun run ci. All copied files still match pinned target2916ad25byte-for-byte.
