Adds record-backed card projection helpers for answers, selected option IDs, lifecycle, options, and prompts, plus strict MDX/Lexical round-tripping. The room now preserves shared empty caret paragraphs during reconciliation. A pure projection guard is included and tested; browser
room.applyactivation waits for the matching Plan authority and fenced commit layer.Scope: 24 files (23 pinned whole files and one partial room patch); source +763/−190 lines, tests/helpers +724/−34 lines. Validation: 144 tests across 25 projection and compatibility files;
bun run types,bun run fix, andbun run cipass.
