This PR refines the Linux Foundation partner offer copy in the Partner Pack and updates offer-card styling so long unbroken strings (emails/promo codes) wrap instead of overflowing in narrow layouts.
Changes:
- Adds the Linux Foundation OSSNA offer with tightened headline/description and simplified email-claim CTA.
- Updates Partner Pack offer-card paragraph styling to allow wrapping of long strings via
overflow-wrap: anywhere.

Copy: Trim the LF offer to match the length and rhythm of Daytona, Web Summit, etc. Headline now leads with the value (
5 free OSSNA passes for maintainers). Description is two short sentences. Email CTA drops the subject-line instruction.CSS: Add
overflow-wrap: anywhereto.offer-card__description pso long emails and codes wrap inside the card instead of getting clipped at narrow widths (the LF email was getting cut off atmaintainermonth@github.cor). Also benefits Daytona's long promo code.
