Add `get_commits` and `compare_commits`. Origin's comparison only returns a commit count, so `compare_commits` cannot return the commits themselves. Changed files are returned separately and paginated.
With no pagination, compare_commits returned Origin's default first page of 30 files. Read pages of 100, up to the 300 files GitHub's compare returns.

A caller's pagination reads one page; without it, up to three pages of 100 are read. The next cursor is returned in both cases.
