What was wrong

Both plugins adapted desktop previews to phone widths. Theme Preview lacked mobile navigation and panel layouts, while the Guide's scaled diagrams made annotations difficult to explore.

What changed

• Theme Preview shows mobile headers, composers, home content, navigation, and right panels on narrow screens.
• Plugin Guide defaults to the device layout, with surface navigation and phone/desktop controls in one toolbar.
• Mobile annotations reveal their relevant screen and stay selected when switching layouts; controls and detail cards fit narrow widths.

How you verified

• Remote CI passed on rebased head dc436095f: tests, build, typecheck, lint, and Linux/macOS packaging.
• Chrome for Testing 153.0.8010.36: rebased Guide mobile annotation selection survives layout switching; the toolbar stays on one row.
• Full browser checks passed on prior head 43cc7b323; the current screenshot refresh is incomplete.

Seven mobile Guide views were captured after the rebase. The source web server then stopped responding, including after restarting the isolated instance. All new-baseline screenshots, desktop Guide screenshots, and Theme Preview screenshots remain missing for this revision. User QA remains pending. Full-size browser viewing links are also unavailable; the existing release host forces downloads.
