Fix COPR builds on Fedora 44+ and EL10

This fixes Fedora and EPEL builds:

• Replaces the obsolete cmake3 dependency with cmake.
• Uses Conan 2.32.0 on Fedora 44+ while retaining Conan 2.19.1 for older distributions.
• Removes unused loop variables reported by GCC 16.
• Updates CI to use Conan 2.32.0.

I locally reproduced and successfully mock-built all 14 Fedora and EPEL package/chroot combinations.

The EPEL COPR failures appear to be infrastructure-related: these failures occurred during builder provisioning, before the package build began.
