Issue rows now expand and collapse their full title in place, using the same title styling and chevron as work rows. Status icons and timestamps stay visible. This is a single-component UI change with no additional data fetching.
Checked expansion and collapse in the browser at mobile and desktop widths, including long unbroken titles and Enter/Space keyboard controls. Activity rendering tests, typecheck, lint and both Knip modes pass.
