fix: publish coherent daily work snapshots

Work cards mixed commit churn with a PR's final diff and could miss status-only updates. Save PR totals, title and status together, with appropriate PR/issue icons. Show totals only when the complete diff is attributable; preserve private-work presentation.

• Work uses IST days: today and yesterday can update; older facts stay frozen. Updates, cleanup and database protection use the same window. Missing summaries may fill once from their saved inputs.
• New merges publish even when older cards lack status metadata. Metadata hydration alone does not create another day of work. Stale deliveries are rejected, and incomplete PR refreshes cannot temporarily relabel PR commits as direct work.
• Publish dirty repositories after each five-minute worker run and warm the public cache. Change the cache key so the new UI cannot receive the previous issue format.
• Keep work headings and clocks together in IST. Localize standalone timestamps before first paint; keep publication dates and token provider dates unchanged. No timezone labels or hydration swap.

The Drizzle-generated 0026_brainy_nitro migration adds fields to existing tables and rebuilds mutable direct-work cards without UTC/IST duplicates. Closed history is preserved. No new tables, dependencies or token storage changes.

Validation: 303 tests, typecheck, lint (both Knip modes), and production build passed. All 27 migrations passed on fresh PostgreSQL 17 and a seeded upgrade, including repeat migration, midnight duplicates, two-day cleanup, incomplete syncs, immutable history and late summaries. Database checks covered status transitions and stale deliveries. Browser checks covered visitor timezones, pre-hydration rendering, client navigation and mobile/desktop layouts. The build used the missing-database fallback; database behavior was checked separately against local PostgreSQL.
