[Trellix ePO On-Prem][Compliance history] Add compliance_history datastream

The initial release includes compliance_history data stream, associated dashboard and visualizations.

Trellix ePO On-Prem fields are mapped to their corresponding ECS fields where possible.

Test samples were derived from live data samples, which were subsequently sanitized.

How to test this PR locally

To test the Trellix ePO On-Prem package:

• Start elastic stack using elastic-package.
• Move to integrations/packages/trellix_epo_on_prem directory.
• Run the following command to run tests.

elastic-package test
