Rebuilt on latest main (which now includes the app.config binding-redirect
fix and the Tesseract test-isolation fix) after the prior branch state was
found 61 commits stale with unresolved merge-conflict markers committed
into every first-party .csproj, breaking the build entirely.

Verified: CSharpier clean, analyzer build 0 errors, full-suite MSTest
5702/5702 passed with 0 failures.
