Root Cause

xunit.v3.extensibility.core 4.0.0 (stable) changed the ISelfExecutingXunitTestCase interface relative to the pre-release 4.0.0-pre.81. Three new parameters were added to Run(...):

Old (pre.81)	New (4.0.0)
Run(ExplicitOption, IMessageBus, object[], ExceptionAggregator, CancellationTokenSource)	Run(ExplicitOption, IMessageBus, object?[], ExceptionAggregator, CancellationTokenSource, **ParallelMode**, **ExecutionScheduler**, **FixtureMappingManager**)

XunitRunnerHelper.RunXunitTestCase also now requires these extra parameters.

Required Fix in SkippedFactTestCase.cs

Two changes under #if USES_XUNIT_3:

1. Update the method signature (line ~53):
