mainto tag 1.1.0. The version and every changelog entry for 1.1.0 (configurable code length, the rate-limit cooldown error, and the configurable code lifetime) were already in place; this just folds the one Unreleased entry (deprecatinguser_agent) into the 1.1.0 changelog section so the release has a single, complete entry instead of leaving a stray Unreleased heading above it.Verified locally: ruff (check + format), mypy, pyright and pytest all pass, and
python -m build+twine checkproduce a valid 1.1.0 wheel.
