Synthetic voice-over script for the scripted-UI review walkthrough. All content is synthetic.
Welcome to Procurement Contract IQ. In this walkthrough a synthetic aircraft maintenance agreement moves through a governed contract review. Every finding, decision, and export you will see is scripted synthetic data. Watch how the workflow keeps the specialist model advisory only, and reserves every binding decision for an authenticated human.
We begin at intake. A reviewer uploads the synthetic source contract, a Word document, and opens a new review case. The workbench loads the case and prepares it for specialist analysis.
The specialist model presents its proposal. It flags a high-risk liability clause, quotes the exact synthetic clause text, cites the policy gap, and suggests a redline. This is advice only. Notice that export stays disabled, because the model cannot approve anything.
A human reviewer examines the high-risk finding. Because a single reviewer cannot finalize a high-risk item alone, the reviewer forwards it to an approver and records a comment explaining the escalation.
A second, distinct human, the approver, now weighs in and accepts the proposal. This separation of duties is the authority boundary. No single role can both raise and finalize a high-risk decision.
The case timeline updates to show both human decisions in sequence: the reviewer escalation, followed by the approver approval. The full chain of accountability is captured.
Only now, after the approved decision, does export unlock. The workflow has enforced that a validated redline can leave the system solely on the strength of a human approval.
The reviewer exports the redline. An Open XML validated, tracked-change document downloads, and its contents are verified against a known good hash. The synthetic redline is ready to share.
That completes the governed review. The specialist model advised, two authenticated humans decided, and only an approved decision produced an exportable redline. Procurement Contract IQ keeps AI assistance in its lane and human judgment in control.
