docs(web): document plugin bundle - #178

Add a cli/bundle page covering what bundle rewrites, its options and pin statuses, .plugin/pins.json, and how it relates to plugin version, publish sync-version, check-version and doctor. Link it from the CLI overview, the sidebar, and the runner concept page, and replace the runner page's stale release-flow advice. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
