chore(deps): bump @cyberuni/agent-harness to ^0.5.0 - #159

Lift @cyberuni/agent-harness@0.5.0 past the minimum release age until 2026-10-06T02:00:00Z; the scheduled min-release-age job removes it. Drop the readme's npx version pin now that the dependency matches. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
