Unable to register for challenge, My submissions tab is blank

Unable to register for this challenge. I have a blank screen on the My submissions tab. I have tried everything including retrying on a different browser.

I can see the register information without any problems.
There are a few things you can try :

• Another browser (I am using Firefox)
• Clear your browser's cache then try again
• Disable any add-ons that you might have that blocks things

If I log out, I would see it, but when I login to register, that tab is blank. As you can see on the image, I am logged in, so the tab is blank.

i have logged in across Edge, Chrome, and Firefox. The tab is blank across all. I have also tried registering for the Track 1 sister challenge, which works without any issues. But this one is blank.

I investigated a bit more. It seems that you successfully signed up to the competition, however your status is "Unknown" instead of "Pending".

The organizer should be able to Approve or Reject your request. I suggest contacting them directly, and to tell them to contact us if the Approve or Reject button does not work on their end because of the special state your request is in.

Thank you for your efforts. I have also communicated to them and I'm waiting for their reply. However, I believe some sort of state issue occurred at the backend during my registration request and could be the root cause of this problem.

A few additional details to note. Everything looked normal until I clicked 'send'. It returned a red error message. I clicked multiple times only to get the same error message. I had initially felt it was an internet issue. So upon reconnecting the Wi-Fi and refreshing the page, everything on the submissions tab was gone (blank as you can see on the attached picture).

I never received an email confirming that my request to participate was sent to the organizers.
