Feature: Codabench consulting marketplace

We want to add a new page to list consultant that work with Codabench and challenges.

Main pipeline:

• Any user can submit a form with:

  • Title
  • Picture
  • Links (LinkedIn, Website, etc.)
  • Long description

• The form will be sent for platform admin approval (notification + interface for reviewing)

• Once the form is apporved (or rejected with reason), it'll be shown in the listing. The user can always edit or remove its announcement.

Interface

• Each consulting service is shown with a card showing title, picture and icon for links. Clicking on an arrow will extent the card to display the long form description.
• Sorting options: Alphabetical or Newest
