Adds a changelog entry and updates origin parameters documentation for the new origin application settings UI in the Cloudflare dashboard.

/tunnel/advanced/origin-parameters/and/cloudflare-one/.../origin-parameters/, so both doc sections pick up the new instructions automatically.
