The workflow run command was registered as "workflow-run" with "run" as an alias, so `chainloop workflow run --help` advertised the redundant "chainloop workflow workflow-run" path. Swap them so the usage and help output show "chainloop workflow run" while "workflow-run" keeps working as an alias.
