Add optional bool $remember = false to attempts() and login() on GuardContract, JwtGuard, and SessionGuard. JwtGuard accepts but ignores the flag (stateless). SessionGuard signature-only update; behavior comes in Task 4. Adds JWT guard test for the ignored remember flag. Also configures Policier in RememberMeTest setup so JWT guard works.
