Add ulps_heatmap next to ulps_plot: heatmaps of max(1/2, |ulps|) and of |ulps| over the conditioning envelope for functions of two variables, with a ligamma example. Closes #1506. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
