Add repository plugin definition lookup - #7489

Make repository configuration accessible directly from the Repositories view instead of requiring users to locate plugin declarations manually. Add an Open definition context-menu action for repository plugin entries, including plugins that do not implement Actionable. Match workspace -plugin properties by configured repository name or plugin class, and use header locations to find the definition file. Handle synthetic -plugin.ext properties for cnf/ext .pmvn and .pobr repositories by opening the originating file. Open workspace files with the Eclipse editor and external files through the file store. Switch Bnd editors to the Source page and reveal the located clause when offsets are available. Omit the action when no definition is found. Validation: bndtools.core compileJava completed successfully with --offline; git diff HEAD --check passed. Eclipse runtime behavior has not been verified.
