Summary

  • Reorganize documentation to reflect that patch files and CMake utilities have moved into the llama/ subdirectory (e.g., patches/llama/patches/, cmake/llama/cmake/)
  • Update native method count from 33 to 34 in CLAUDE.md (reflects addition of one new native method)
  • Consolidate and reorder patch descriptions in TODO.md; remove patch 0004 (now upstream) and add patch 0009 (glibc compatibility)
  • Update Kotlin version comment in llama-kotlin/pom.xml to reflect upgrade from 2.2.x to 2.4.10
  • Update langchain4j-core target version from 1.17.1 to 1.18.0 in llama-langchain4j/README.md
  • Correct line numbers in CLAUDE.md for CUDA build script references (lines 10→16, 12→41)

Test plan

  • CI is green on this branch
  • Docs / CHANGELOG updated where applicable
