Convert every positional ? placeholder to SQLite @name parameters and rewrite existing sqlc.arg() sites to the same style. Rename awkward inferred param names (AccessCount limit -> MaxAccessCount, lower -> email, formData -> project) and update callers accordingly. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
