Motivation
The TrainTravel reference OpenAPI doc has added a "SUBSCRIBE" method, which surfaced that
right now we generate non-compiling code in that case.
Modifications
Fixed that and also added QUERY support while I was in the code.
Result
TrainTravel and other OpenAPI docs will start compiling again.
Test Plan
Adapted tests.
