Rationale for this change
What changes are included in this PR?
object_store integration receives a minor bump given the breaking change introduced from a minor upstream version bump introduced in 0.58.1. This will resolve OpenDAL users upgrade path. They will be able to choose 0.58 or 0.59 according to SemVer.
