GDM playground

Playground for experimenting with different gamedev stuff

1. To be able run playground apps from ide - run tools/setup_ide/***/setup_***.bat
2. To use RenderDoc add there following environment variables: VK_LAYER_PATH, VULKAN_SDK
3. Updating new Vulkan SDK don't forget to tune validation layer settings
