in 705e78d#diff-053150b640a7ce75eff69d1a22cae7f0f94ad64ce9a855db544dda0929316519 several links to some npm registry running on
localhostended up in the package-lock.json, which prevents the project from being installable. this fixes these links by manually rewriting them to the default npm registry.
