One OpenRouter API key for every modality LiteLLM cannot reach: native image generation with image-to-image, text-to-speech with live voice preview, audio transcription, async video generation, multimodal embeddings, and model catalog search. Integrates as a voice provider for Agent Zero's built-in read-aloud.
