docs: document how NIE events wrap around a step - #260

Clarify the NON-INTERRUPTIVE execution mode behavior codes (23/33) and how they relate to the shared PhasedEventManager start/finish-event lifecycle used by both Phased and Mutational tests. Adds the full NIE_xx wrapping table from #203, flagging the four not-yet-implemented modes and linking their tracking issues (#256-#259). Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* docs: remove NIE_xx labels from event-wrapping diagrams Diagrams now use the plain numeric behavior code (33, 23, ...) matching the actual configuration syntax, instead of the NIE_xx shorthand that was only ever used in the issue tracker. Updates README prose to match the new all-six-wrappings diagram. * docs: fix misspelling Murational -> Mutational in diagram filenames * docs: rename PhasedDiagrams-asynchronousEventIntegrity.drawio.png to .png * docs: remove accidental duplicate diagrams/Mutational-eventWrappings.drawio This was a full copy of the entire multi-page PhasedDiagrams.drawio source, not a standalone file for just the event-wrappings diagram.
