FreeRTOS update: the Kernel and Community-Supported-Ports dependencies are bumped to newer commits (Freertos v11.3.2)
Pico SDK update: 2.2.0 → 2.3.1
Build modularization:
build.zignow uses a per-port ports table instead ofif (port_name == ...)chains. Each entry holds its sources, shims, macros and a Pico SDK hook.README: documentation clenup
