Nice good find. Zig not compiling unreachable code makes sense but then we get migration bugs like this.

@typeInfo(xxx).Structto@typeInfo(xxx).@"struct"inCsr.modify. This appears to have been missed in a previous update. (Csr.get_bits and Csr.is_comptime are already updated)
