Hi. Thank you for your contribution, but this is not likely something we'd be interested in merging. We aim to support standard functionality of CTAP/WebAuthn in this library, and this looks to be outside of the scope of that. |

Adds support for non-elevated direct communication with CTAP HID devices on Windows. Uses pywin32 to create a Windows service which exposes IPC based communication with the library.
