The macos-14 runner image is retired on November 2, 2026. macos-15 is also Apple Silicon (arm64) and ships Rosetta 2, so the native-arm64 CLI and MATLAB jobs and the x86_64-under-Rosetta sonpy integration job should behave the same. GitHub retires the
macos-14runner image on November 2, 2026. This switches the three workflows that use it tomacos-15:cli-tests.yml— native arm64 CLI testsintegration-tests.yml— real CED sonpy, run as x86_64 under Rosetta (arch -x86_64 python)matlab-tests.yml— MATLAB unittest suitemacos-15is also Apple Silicon and includes Rosetta 2, so job behavior should be unchanged. Comments mentioningmacos-14are updated to match. The thing to check is that the Rosetta integration job (x64 Python 3.14 + sonpy) passes on the new image.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
