I need to take a better look at the code to verify why this variable was added. Previously we just identified the type of analysis based on the file extension which seems reasonable for only working with SPM/FSL analysis when one uses .txt files and the other uses .dat.
Only had one helpline request regarding it so far, but I suspect we'll get more.
