Add the missing Battle Bus death OCL to the SUICIDED death behavior. Ensure the Demolition General Battle Bus creates its destroyed hulk when killed via suicide. Keep suicide deaths visually consistent with the Battle Bus's normal destruction behavior. Source: TheSuperHackers/GeneralsGamePatch2#182
