TT-013: /dashboard/settings flashes "Application error" (React #310) before redirecting

Summary

Opening /dashboard/settings directly shows the full-page "Application error: a client-side exception has occurred" for about 1 s (Minified React error #310), then lands on /dashboard/settings/profile. No UI link points at this URL; it shows up for bookmarks and typed URLs.

Environment and versions

Production, API 1.17.23, 2026-09-26 10:04 CEST. Chrome 1440×900, QA account.

Steps to reproduce

1. Sign in.
2. Open https://telemetry-tracker.com/dashboard/settings; sample the screen every ~100 ms for 1.5 s.

Expected

A clean 307 to /dashboard/settings/profile with no error screen.

Actual

8–9 of 15 frames show "Application error"; console logs React #310; then lands on /dashboard/settings/profile. Same with cookies accepted or rejected. Control (/dashboard/settings/profile directly) is clean. Reproduced 6/6 (3 accepted, 3 rejected); control 0/6. Likely cause: apps/dashboard/app/dashboard/settings/page.tsx calls redirect() during render (same pattern as TT-009).

Acceptance criteria

• Loading /dashboard/settings (cookies accepted and rejected) returns a server 307 to /dashboard/settings/profile before any render; 0 "Application error" frames, 0 React good-first: add title tooltips on truncated event and error names in tables #310, 0 page/console errors.
