Looked into this. The link in the PR description points to the SonarQube analysis dashboard for master, not a GitHub Actions job in this repo, so I can't pull a concrete failure/finding from it directly.

On the GitHub Actions side, the only failing run around that commit (e3fee12) is the "dogfood merge" / "Update dogfood branch" workflow, and its failure is infrastructure-related (Vault secrets retrieval step), not a problem in the sonar-java source code. The "Build" and other CI jobs on master at that commit are green.

Since there's no concrete code-level defect here for me to fix, I don't have a change to make in this PR. If you can share the specific SonarQube finding (rule/issue) from that dashboard that you want addressed, or confirm the dogfood-merge/Vault failure should be investigated instead, I can act on that.
