Add 26.05 build directory (rockylinux9 + ubuntu24.04) based on the latest released 25.11, pinned to Slurm 26.05.0 (tag slurm-26-05-0-1). Bump the pyxis FROM tags to 26.05 and restore the enroot doc reference to the master branch. Update the README and docs examples to showcase 26.05. Signed-off-by: synthe102 <leonard@suslian.engineer>
