Still need a fix to make_buckets
- Old tests that should have used DuckDB have been added and fixed (in test_functional). - Test code resource loading made more robust. - Ignored Vocabulary tables fixed. - row generators can use positional arguments - GeneratesDBTestCase works with DuckDB - custom row generators tested end-to-end - anchored interval proposer and generator end-to-end test
