Historically, ZootopiaListener has polled the service to determine the show that is currently on-air now. This same information is being maintained by NowAiringServer for use in push notifications.
This PR updates ZootopiaListener to use on-air status from NowAiringServer in place of its own separate, service-polling mechanism.
This is purely an implementation/optimisation change; there should be no user-visible impact.
