[SPEC-006] getBodyAsStdClass() descarta corpo em DELETE (fix)

Resumo

getBodyAsStdClass() não descarta mais o corpo em requisições DELETE
(que já era parseado por parseBody()), retornando o JSON/form recebido.

Mudanças

• src/Http/Request.php: getBodyAsStdClass() exclui só GET/HEAD/OPTIONS.
• tests/Http/RequestTest.php: 1 teste novo (DELETE com body).

Versionamento (SemVer)

PATCH → 2.2.0 (agrupado; o MINOR das demais SPECs prevalece no release).
